Information is kept by Resource Options until notified that an individual no longer requires the services of the company. From time to time, Resource Options may request the information provided by candidates or clients be undated, or the individual or client may provide such updated information as appropriate. In the case of employment records, details are kept for the period required by Australian law. Use of information Resource Options keeps secure all personal information relating to candidates and clients, however in order to nominate candidates for relevant positions it is necessary to provide such personal information to clients of Resource Options, that enables clients to make an informed decision regarding the employment of a candidate. This information includes, but is not limited to, a current resume, interview and referee comments. Security of information Information collected by Resource Options is not disclosed to any other party without the permission of the individual or company. Where Resource Options discloses such information to third parties, Resource Options obtains appropriate contractual protection from those third parties in relation to any disclosed personal information.
